商務(wù)部召開二手車出口專題工作會(huì)議，會(huì)議宣布北京市、天津市、上海市、浙江?。ㄅ_(tái)州）、山東?。?jì)寧）、廣東省、四川省（成都）、陜西省（西安）、青島市、廈門市獲商務(wù)部、公安部、海關(guān)總署三部委批準(zhǔn)開展二手車出口業(yè)務(wù)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)。 

出口地必須滿足四個(gè)條件：

● 出口國(guó)比國(guó)內(nèi)更加二手車價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)。
